Triggered, Yet Resilient

Catching your triggers is a practice. You have to see them, name them, and re-narrate them to activate a calm, self-compassionate space for yourself. How do you come into a place of responsiveness when you're triggered?

In this session, your practice will grow by:

  • Learning about your inner patterns of triggers

  • Anticipating triggers to respond better

  • Practices for navigating your triggers

This is for you if you want to:

  • Compassionately notice your triggers

  • Address your patterns of reactivity

  • Build a practice to manage your triggers

This is for anyone who wants a practice to navigate their triggers, and respond from a place of resilience.

1 hour 15 minutes + optional Q&A for 15mins

This class will be hosted on Zoom and may include breakout rooms where you will be interacting with other participants.

Faculty: Saralyn will host you in this session.
