It can be challenging to add more self-care time into your busy life. This workshop will introduce you to practices that ground yourself and connect with your body while doing your daily activities.

In this session, you will grow your practice by:

  • Understanding what mindfulness is

  • Trying some informal mindfulness practices which you can incorporate into your day

This is for you if you are curious about mindfulness or have moments of overwhelm in your day.

This class will be hosted on Zoom and may include breakout rooms where you will be interacting with other participants.
