Inclusive Leadership

Diversity, equity, and inclusion have undergone an evolution and a revolution in the past decade. At the core of embracing diversity and creating equitable systems is inclusion - creating a culture where people of all backgrounds feel that they belong. And at the core of an inclusive culture are inclusive leaders - leaders who are intentional about embracing differences, leaning into discomfort, and practicing allyship.

In this session, your practice will grow by:

  • Learning a relevant framework for effecting change in DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion)

  • Understanding the role of psychological safety in inclusive cultures

  • Exploring unconscious belief systems that can impede us from being inclusive leaders

  • Leaning in to opportunities to demonstrate inclusive leadership

This is for you if you want to:

  • Understand the importance of an inclusive culture and how it ties to measurable outcomes

  • In a brave and safe environment, develop a deeper understanding of your core belief systems that may inhibit you from being fully inclusive

  • Develop a personal call to action to build your strength as an inclusive leader

This is for anyone who wants to explore inclusive leadership for themselves.

1 hour 15 minutes + optional Q&A for 15mins

This class will be hosted on Zoom and may include breakout rooms where you will be interacting with other participants.
