Give & Receive Feedback Without Fear

Give and receive feedback effectively so that you can hold people accountable while still showing them care and support.

Feedback is about growing and learning. And it can be a really difficult conversation. In reality, giving and receiving feedback is a practice, one to cultivate. It requires trust. In this class learn how to shift a potential difficult conversation into an empowering source of learning and accountability.

In this session, your practice will grow by:

  • Defining the purpose of feedback and the key touchstones of practice

  • Learning how to give feedback so it can be received with care and clarity

  • Confronting the patterns of your own feedback tendencies

  • Practices to give and receive feedback.

This is for you if you want to:

  • Communicate effectively with those you work, love and play with

  • Be able to know what to say when giving others feedback

  • Create effective practices for giving and receiving feedback

  • Better advocate for how you want to receive feedback.

This is for anyone who works with others and wants to improve their leadership practice of giving and receiving feedback.
